I haven't worked through all the changes you've described, but here's 
one thing I noticed: You probably don't want to add useNewReportStyle to 
BaseViewParameters. The other view params classes that extend Base have 
their own parameters, i.e. 'public String filename' in 
DownloadReportviewParams.
