[Contrib: Evaluation System] Evaluations licence and itexfpdflicence - problem.

Looks like the license for the version of itext we are using was
actually LGPL and not AGPL. It is only AGPL for the newer versions.
Since LGPL is non-viral unless you change it, it means the overall
project stays as ECL.

"As of version 5.0.0 (released Dec 7, 2009) it is distributed under
the Affero General Public License version 3. Previous versions of
iText (Java up to 2.1.7 and C# up to 4.1.6) were distributed under the
Mozilla Public License or the LGPL."

So we could probably upgrade to version 4 but then the future upgrades
are out of the question unless we want to convert things to AGPL
(which maybe we are OK with).
