[Contrib: Evaluation System] quartz job for single email - details ???

Hi,

We are looking for detailed information about the quartz job that is  
required to make the "Single Email Per Student" configuration option  
work. We haven't found much on the EvalSys pages. Does anyone have  
experience with this? Can you provide us with some information  
regarding implementing this quartz job?
