Subject: [Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder setting gone from evaluation_settings

At Maryland, we use the standard and default email reminders of sending 1 email per course per evaluation.

During testing of evaluation 1.4, I no longer see the ability to change the reminder email frequency when setting up an evaluation. Therefore, I also cannot change this for an active evaluation, which we do on a regular basis.

It now appears that the email reminders are now universally set for all evaluations in the administrate screen without the ability to change at the evaluation level. So, if a school or instructor wishes to have multiple evaluations, they cannot control if or when email reminders are sent.

Why the change in the functionality?

I consider this to be a blocker issue.
