[Contrib: Evaluation System] be_evaluated vs. take_evaluation

Maybe the mess has its origin is in the spanish translation... as I'm
understanding, is this right?

"Groups I can evaluate" -> Groups in which I can be an evaluatee
(usually an student). Is included every user that has the
"take.evaluation" permission.

"Groups I can be evaluated in" -> Groups in which a "special" question,
where evaluatees can rate the evaluators, can be set. So this question
is repeated for every evaluator (everyone with the "be evaluated"
permission).

Translating to spanish, the most straightforward translation would be:

"Groups I can evaluate" -> Groups in which I can be an evaluator.
"Groups I can be evaluated in" -> Groups in which I can be an evaluatee.

and so we have translated it, so that's the problem.

In my opinion, this should be explained at Confluence, as there is a lot
to lose in translation.

Thanks for your help and best regards.
