            What exactly evaluation functionality are you trying to test when this error occurred?

Hi everyone,

We found the following issues while testing.  Could this be a problem with permissions?

1.  Unable to complete the process to Add an Evaluation.  Received an error message and bounced back to the Evaluations dashboard after clicking "Continue to Assign to Courses" link.  "There was an unexpected error rendering this view. Please contact the administrator of this site with details of the link you operated and the time this error occurred."
2.  Unable to complete the process "Continue creating an evaluation."  Received same message as above.

3.  Unable to change group settings within an Active Evaluation.  Received same message as above.

All of the permissions on the Administrate page are configured for admin, instructor, and student.  The permissions match the settings sent to me from Adam and Nicola.  I verified that realm ids are configured for evaluations for the related course sites, plus !site.template, !site.template.course, !group.template and !group.template.course.

Any suggestions are much appreciated.

The error message below occurred after the following steps:

1.  Logged in as instructor (same issue when logged in as admin)
2.  Go to Evaluation System
3.  Click on "Add Evaluation"
4.  Select the template to use for creating the evaluation; fill in title, dates to launch
5.  Click "Continue to Assign to Courses"
6.  Kicked back to Evaluations dashboard with the above error message displayed

Issue: Finishing creating a partially completed evaluation
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Evalsys Admin
3. Click "Evaluations I am creating or administering"
4. Look at items under the "Partially complete Evaluations" section.
5. If the list has some evaluations, select "Continue creating this
     evaluation" for one of them.
6. Click "Continue to Assign to Courses"
7. Error message. "There was an unexpected error..." No evaluation was completed.

Issue: Changing group settings
1. Login as admin
2. Go to Evalsys Admin
3. Click "Evaluations I am creating or administering"
4. Look at items under the "Active Evaluations" section.
5. Select a group under "Assigned" for one of the evaluations.
6. Click the "Modify assigned groups for this evaluation" link.
7. Kicked back to Evaluations dashboard with the above error message displayed
