[Contrib: Evaluation System] Status of evalsys 1.3

Hi all,

   I've setup a Doodle poll to try and pick a time that works best for everyone. Please try to pick a time by end of day Friday, and I'll post an announcement on Monday with the conference call specifics. I've created options between 8:00am EST and 2:00pm EST to try and accommodate timezones between EST and Cape Town.

   Note that the Doodle website claims that Doodle will be down today, between 1:00pm and 4:00pm EST for an upgrade.
