[Contrib: Evaluation System] Instructor Added Items

Hey everybody,

Do any of the other schools evaluating/piloting the eval tool have an 
interest in letting instructors add items to an assigned evaluation? It 
looks like this functionality isn't implemented yet ( 
http://bugs.sakaiproject.org/browse/EVALSYS-254 ). For the schools who 
are using the tool in production, is this a priority at your institution 
and if so do you have anything in place locally to address it?
