[Contrib: Evaluation System] Error when Enabling PDF Export

I created a patch for this a few months ago. We merged it against the UMich
branch of evalsys, but looks like it never made it into trunk. I remember
doing a local code review and a number of verifications across a 6 node
cluster and this the problem was fixed.

Otherwise you have to wait an hour until the cache clears or manually reset
the cache on each node, as Aaron said.
