[Contrib: Evaluation System] Error when Enabling PDF Export

Good afternoon,

We're getting this error when trying to enable PDF export in Evaluation 
System: "There was an unexpected error rendering this view. Please contact 
the administrator of this site with details of the link you operated and 
the time this error occurred. "  PDF export will actually work for about 
30 - 60 minutes.  Then if you go back into the administrative settings 
after that time period, it's unchecked again.  Has anyone experienced this 
or do you know how to fix it?
