[Contrib: Evaluation System] Update on Installation Guide: K1 conversion

Hi,

I’ve added a few things to the Installation Guide http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/EVALSYS/Installation+Guide

I’m not sure about the necessity of adapting the master/parent version tags in the pom.xml files. I’ve done it for 2.6.2 and it worked for me. Is this in general a necessary step?
