Bryan,

Do you have a ? next to "Enable single email per student" in the Control Email Settings page?  If not I don't think the Next Reminder date field on that page matters.

If that date isn't in the past when the job runs, then email won't be sent (just because the job runs, doesn't mean email is sent, the Next Reminder date also has to qualify).

We are running sakai 2.6.x with kernel 1.0.11 (I think) and evalsys 1.2.1 on a mysql 4 db.
