[Contrib: Evaluation System] Reminder Email not being sent out with large group

Hi all,

We are currently running an evaluation that is assigned to a single project
site with 850 access users. The notification email went out fine, but none
of the reminder emails are being sent out. There is nothing in the logs
showing that the reminders should have gone out.

I did a small run of this same eval on the same site earlier when it only
had 3 participants and the reminders were sent out properly. Any ideas why
this might be happening or places I should be looking for errors?

We are running sakai 2.6.x with kernel 1.0.11 (I think) and evalsys 1.2.1 on
a mysql 4 db.
