what's the quickest way to get surveys from an external system into Evaluations ? 

We can export in QTI 1.2 format but as I understand it there's no importer in Evaluations.

I vaguely remember reading about some quick create method which involves pasting text into a box - or am I getting muddled with another sakai tool?

Is there a webservice that can be used?
