[Contrib: Evaluation System] NEED RESPONSE: Eval Sys meeting at Sakai Conference

I think the BoFs are usually scheduled at the conference via a big
sign up board near the main info desk, but we could certainly try to
set up a time in advance.

I get to Boston late on Tues so I will be at the conference Wed,
Thurs, and til mid-afternoon Friday.

How about these as options:

	- Lunch (12-1) Wed 7/8
	- Wed 7/8 5:30-6:30 (immediately after the EvalSys panel presentation)
	- Lunch (12-1) Thurs 7/9
	- Lunch (12-1) Fri 7/10

I think earlier in the conference would be better (to accommodate
Aaron and to provide more follow-up time later in the week as
necessary). Lunch will be provided so if we decide on a noon BoF
people could grab some food then gather somewhere.

SMD.
