[Contrib: Evaluation System] UMD Fall Evaluation is alive

Everyone,

On Monday we opened our Fall Evaluation.  We're running 1 evaluation with hierarchy for 6094 course/sections for a possible 145,119 student evaluations.  So far over 20,000 evaluations have been completed.

For this evaluation, we've upgraded from sakai-2.2.x with eval 1.2.0.rc5 (tag date 4/08) to sakai-2.5.x with eval 1.2.2 (Last update, 9/16/09 @ 11:30 am.  Revision 63303).  We also kept the same procedures and functionality as in previous semesters evaluations.

Tomorrow we'll be sending out our first reminders.  Historically, this has been the heaviest day for submitting evaluation.
