[Contrib: Evaluation System] Updating EVALSYS trunk to build with Sakai trunk?

I agree entirely. I was having some trouble with a 2.6.x build earlier today but after talking it over with Matthew Jones, that problem is resolved. I will add a profile for 2.6 and trunk but builds of 2.5 and earlier will be unaffected.

I would argue that there is no hurry to do this and it should not be
done before 1.2.2 evals is tagged.

Forcing everyone to migrate to 2.6.x is not really benficial since the
reality is that the APIs in 2.3-2.6 are all still basically the same
(the ones that evals uses are anyway).

We could produce a separate profile for building under sakai with K1
and sakai without K1 in the shorter term. I think this may meet the
needs of the 2.6+ groups without disrupting the 2.5- group.
