[Contrib: Evaluation System] [Deploying Sakai] Evaluations System

I'm not sure Paul. It seems to me like the resulting tag will be a  
function of when the merge work gets done and whatever agreements are  
worked out amongst Aaron Z., the U-M developers, and other EVALSYS  
users.
