[Contrib: Evaluation System] Slow response/loading when accessing Evaluation by Student

There are performance improvements in 1.2.1 and even more of them in
1.2.2 so my guess is that upgrading the code would probably take care
of these issues, though that is not something you would want to do
immediately. I would also recommend you check to make sure your
logging levels are not too high and that Sakai has enough memory to
run. With the small number of courses you are talking about I would
not expect performance issues if things are tuned correcty and the
server is appropriately speced.
