[cle-release-team] Messages and Forums in project SAK

You should get rid of "Message Center" and either replace it with 2
components: "Messages" and "Forums" or a single component "Messages and
Forums".  Do not leave "Message Center" for the messages tool, since that
phrase is overloaded and means both tools.
