[cle-release-team] Jira upgrade over the Winter holidays?

Hi All,

It seems like we should probably upgrade to Jira 6 at some point, from Jira 5.2, just so we don't fall too far behind and position ourselves for easy security updates and such.

Not sure if we would go to Jira 6.0 or 6.1 .  Would depend on Wush.net for guidance.

I'm thinking sometime around the Thanksgiving holiday or towards Christmas might be a good time? 

I have not yet asked for an assessment of downtime and any potential impact from Wush. Just starting to think ahead.
