Hi All,

I've updated this page. Mostly anywhere it mentioned administration I made it say to open an Infrastructure ticket or email infrastructure at collab.sakaiproject.org .  Seems about right, eh?

Also removed a reference to Sakai 3 in Github (which I assume is actually OAE and has now been moved in Github to a non-sakai address).
