[cle-release-team] Help with Communications on Gradebook issue

Could somebody please work with me to communicate about

I need help drafting something to send out.

I believe that is what we discussed at the CLE release team meeting - http://etherpad.ctools.org/rmmt-2013-06-20

And I think the main point is something like that only a couple of  core tools in 2.9.1 and 2.9.2 still play well with the grade book, but the Contrib tools and some core tools do not, and this is getting fixed for 2.9.3 (blocker bug)?
