[cle-release-team] Confluece pages with pageId links

Hi Neal,

Could I ask that the confluence pages that have special characters in their titles be edited so that they can be referenced by title instead of that stupid pageId? It's dumb that Confluence can't deal with parentheses but we should make things easy to find. If you remove the special chars, the titles will appear in the URL.
