[cle-release-team] Sakai 2.9.1 somewhat released

Warehouse has dependency on Metaobj which also wasn't made into an indie.
(Isn't on jenkins, is still in core pom, isn't on the indie artifacts page)
Do you remember the history of this?

I've known some other projects to depend on metaobj (that weren't osp) so
this seemed like a good idea. I'm not sure if I'd want to change and make
metaobj and warehouse indies for 2.9. Seems better to refactor all of that
for 2.10 and just leave them in core 'as-is' for 2.9.
