[cle-release-team] SVN Memory and CPU (takeshi)

I have a request in to add more CPU and memory to the takeshi server (server that hosts the svn repo).  In order to do it, the server needs to be taken down briefly.  I wasn't sure what the appropriate list would be to give a heads up to not commit code during that time, and for that matter when a good time to do it would be.

Any suggestions?
