[cle-release-team] Samigo audio and IE9

To follow up on this and close the loop on this ticket:

Yuki submitted a patched which changed the actual applet (thank
goodness someone knows how to program applets because I definitely do
not). That seems to fix the issue  and my initial testing confirmed it
so I am resolving this one.

We could use some serious QA to verify at this point.
