[cle-release-team] Samigo audio and IE9

Hey all,
Matt Jones and I have struggled a bit with this issue:

There are a few suggestions in the ticket on a possible fix but we
could use a few more eyes on this (I think). Needless to say, this is
not going to be a quick fix sadly and I think we already have
something like a day or more of man hours in this one so I am hoping
for something that can wrap this up in a couple more hours.

Any suggestions?
