[cle-release-team] [Building Sakai] Supported Browsers for Sakai 2.9 CLE

I agree, Sakai 2,9 are actively used on the newest versions of Chrome,
Firefox and Safari. It also supports IE9 by default, but still works with
IE8 as Windows XP can't be upgraded yet beyond that.

The only browsers that's known to *not* work with are IE7 and earlier as
well as earlier versions of Firefox. I've heard of some display problems
with Firefox 10 (the extended support release), but this is only estimated
to be 2% of all Firefox users.
