[cle-release-team] Blocker downgraded to Critical

Hi All,

An issue was reported as  blocker for the Lessons tool, specifically in the Comments area, but I downgraded to a critical. I don't see holding up the release for this issue:

https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/LSNBLDR-138 - Grading comments does not show the number of points available to the instructor

Please let me know if you disagree with this decision.
