[cle-release-team] 258 issues to bulk close

Kernel issues will not have a 2.9.x merge status (it is based on the
kernel version number 1.3.x). My guess is you might want to just run 2
queries but you might be able to make it work by adding in ' or "1.3.x
status" = Closed or "1.3.x status" = Resolved'.
