[cle-release-team] Cleaning up the maintenance team list

Hello,

Could we review the list of maintenance team members and make sure that
those who are no longer active no longer have SVN commit privileges that
they do not need?

There are many of this list that can be cleaned up:
https://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/MNT/members

I'm guessing it's Chris that needs to do this but sent it to the whole list
just in case others have access too.
