I think it would be good to get at least a snap of all the RSF 
maven data into the sakai M2 repo at a minimum.

I just switched over my local lessonbuilder deployment to use RSF 
0.7.5 instead of the older 0.8-SNAPSHOT because of the Caret 
server downtime.
