[cle-release-team] CLE Team weekly call

I added a line about how to subscribe to the mailing list, the main page
for release manage could be cleaned up. It lists how to quick connect to
the release call:

Anyone in the community is welcome to partipcate in the weekly calls.

Though I'm not sure how to permanently connect and get reminders.

That main page could probably be cleaner, and all the etherpad notes for
the past 6 months added there as well. ;)
