[cle-release-team] Testing of the LDAP Return Limit

First, enable debugging on edu.amc
(log.config.count=1;log.config.1=DEBUG.edu.amc).

Then, don't use User Membership (that does wildcard searches), use Site
Info instead.  Add 20 LDAP users to your site.  Observe the LDAP queries in
the logs.  It should print out the actual filter being used to construct
the searches.

Note that there is a 5 minute cache by default.  You can always clear your
defaults by going to Administration Workspace -> Memory -> Reset all.
