[cle-release-team] 2.9.0-b01 is ready

I updated the "2.9 status" to merge, so we (you?) can see this in a query of outstanding issues to merge -- I'll create another JIRA filter that lists all Sakai CLE bugs ready for merge to 2.9. I suggest this goes into the b03 tag.
