[cle-release-team] Fwd: [Building Sakai] My Workspace - Preferences - Privacy -- anyone have patch for critical bug?

I'd have to look at how we use that, but somehow that's only activated on
the experimental build (or at least was at some point).  We could make
another one for qa.sakai.properties?  It'd still have to be activated by
the folks running the server to do any good.
