That seems somewhat reasonable but I am a little concerned that "in
production" does not equal "performs at scale" which is the concern
with the chat. If you will amend to "large schools (>25000 users) in
production > 1" then I think that is fair and I would agree but
otherwise I think off by default is the right approach.
