I think that the sakai-trunk-all is supposed to be in sync with 
actual trunk. If actual trunk is 2.10-SNAPSHOT, then so should 
sakai-trunk-all's pom.xml.

FWIW, sakai-trunk-all/deploy's pom.xml files are using 
2.10-SNAPSHOT.
