[cle-release-team] Fwd: [Building Sakai] Branching Sakai 2.9 today

Ditto the kudo's -- thanks Chris!

It looks like the https://source.sakaiproject.org/svn/sakai/branches/sakai-trunk-all checkout is still pointing to 2.9.0-SNAPSHOT in the poms, and it's failing to build on my server. I know this is a pain in the you know were to maintain _two_ trunk checkout's, so I think we need to either bite the bullet and propose that we wouldn't maintain the two, or go ahead and update the two as a matter of course, whenever we branch. I'm a fan of the sakai-trunk-all checkout (since it allows developers to test trunk api changes against all known modules (though I hate having duplications). Can someone (Chris?) fix the problem for now and discuss at next release team meeting?
