[Announcements] Reminder: Sakai CLE Project Coordination Meetings in LA

Colleagues,
   Quick reminder that the Sakai CLE Project Coordination meeting in LA is scheduled for Sunday, June 12th.

Date:  June 12, 2011
Time:  9:00AM -6:00 PM
Place:   Santa Anita BC room in Westin Bonaventure Hotel

Boxed lunches will be graciously provided by the Sakai Foundation.

The CLE Technical Coordination Committee (TCC)  has set a focused agenda so we can comprehensively cover important topics.

Topics on the agenda include:

*         Planning &  Road Map (2.9.0 & 2.10.0)

*         CLE Development/Design/Testing Resources

*         Build Process & Release Cycles

*         Documentation (Wiki & JIRA) Cleanup


An hour has been set aside at the end of the meeting for information sharing and brief discussion.  This time will be broken into segments no longer than 10 mins each.   Please contact Beth & Megan if you are interested in a slice of this time.
