[Announcements] V1 of Sakai OAE Coming....

Just a brief note to let you know that the project team is winding down on
v1! We cut RC1 yesterday and have been testing it hard with lots of help
from the community. We found a few issues that will cause us to cut an RC2
tonight (hopefully) and we'll begin testing that again. And, the cycle will
either repeat or we'll declare done. Hopefully RC2 will be our actual
release.

After that, we need a bit of time to prepare the proper release artifacts,
release notes and other materials, and then I'll be sending out a notice
that it's available.

If anyone is interested in following more closely, I do send more detailed
status reports to the Nakamura and UI Dev lists.
