[Announcements] nine Sakai OAE (Sakai 3) design goals and "refresh" of the managed project page

Nine design goals of the Sakai Open Academic Environment (OAE) - formerly called Sakai 3 - have been confirmed by the Steering Group at the end of last week - see http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/3AK/Sakai+3+Design+Goals



There has further been a reorganisation and update of http://confluence.sakaiproject.org/display/3AK/Project+overview. It includes access to a nightly build server where you can sign in and play with Sakai OAE in its current state.

BTW: We are all keenly waiting for some final bugs to be resolved so that Sakai Open Academic Environment (OAE) version 0.1 can be released.
