Hi All,

One of my tasks that came out of our last teleconference was to look at the features of the Sakai rich text editor (CK editor v2) to determine which supported features we need to create guidelines for. Below you will find my skeleton outline of the guidelines needed
CK Editor Accessibility Guideline Categories

* Alternative text descriptions for Images

o Requiring of alternative text for image links

*         Heading structure

*         Semantically coded lists

o    Proper list nesting

* Use of only color for interactions

*         Color Contrast

* Inclusion of Skip navigation links

* Unique and Descriptive link text

o    Identifying downloadable files

* Unique and Descriptive page titles (This may only be needed for external tools and Web pages).

At some point in the future, we may want to expand and enhance these guidelines for instructor developed external websites and tools. We will disc this topic in more detail at the next teleconference, but I would like to start the discussion on list. Thankx.
