[WG: Accessibility] Patch MSGCNTR-30

Hi, we just uploaded a patch with a possible solution for the 
Accessibility issue MSGCNTR-30 
<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-30>.  I would enjoy if 
somebody could take a look and comment it in order to improve it and 
work on definitive solution.
