[WG: Accessibility] Patch MSGCNTR-38

Hi, we just uploaded 3 patches with a possible solution for the 
Accessibility issue MSGCNTR-38 
<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/browse/MSGCNTR-38>. Those patch cover the 
links described in that issue, and some else in order to improve the  
navigation accessibility for whole msgcntr tool.  There is attached a 
document PantallesPatch.odt 
<https://jira.sakaiproject.org/secure/attachment/25703/PantallesPatch.odt>
with  the description of all links that we think tha "could be" or "must 
be" repaired. Those patches resolves the links described on the 
document.  I would enjoy if anybody could take a look and comment it in 
order to improve it and work on definitive solution.
