[WG: Accessibility] Sakai 2.7 Accessibility Review Reporting Templates

Hi,

I'm getting documents ready for the Sakai 2.7 Accessibility Review. There are two protocols used in the reviews and each has its own reporting template. In previous reviews, each template was provided in two formats: Excel and Word. I am proposing that we quit using the Excel version of the template.

Mary and I believe Excel version is harder for screen reader users to use. It would be great for consistency purposes to have only one version of each template.

Unfortunately, the word version of the template used previously, is a copy and paste into Word from the Excel version, so it is really one large table with formatting to look otherwise. I have created a new reporting template from scratch using Word that has headings and uses tables only in the reporting areas. I added a field for recording the date and the QA Server used.

I have attached the reporting template I recreated that is for use with the JAWS / WindowEyes testing protocol as "new.doc". I have also attached the word version used for the 2.6 review as "previous.doc". Please look over the new reporting template and let me know of any concerns / suggestions.
