[WG: Accessibility] outstanding issues report

Hi everyone,

Working towards the goal of an accessibility bug free 2.7 release, have been
going over all outstanding issues of this type with the assistance of Mary
and Brian. See below for requests for clarification, lists of patches
submitted, and resolved issues - most of the later were trivial or had been
resolved in the course of some other work, but need verified.

Issues needing clarification

1. <select /> used for navigation with onchange (need some resolution)

3. Table summaries in RSF
-------------------------

The polls tool uses the RSF architecture due to which summaries are
hard/impossible to use. Would a screen reader table caption do the trick?
