[DG: Spanish Sakai] New University with Sakai

Hi community!

I'm happy to tell you that we have a new University in Latam with Sakai.
It's the UJED (Universidad Juarez del estado de Durango in México) that is
working with Samoo to be in production very soon.

Each day LATAM community is growing and I'm sure in net yrears there will
be a"explosion" of spanish sakais all over America. Thanks to all for your
efforts in 18n and l10n. This make it easier for all us.
