[DG: Spanish Sakai] Sakai: Acentos

Recuerdo haber tenido ese problema con 2.7, pero se resolvió, y debe 
estar resuelta en 2.8. Podría ser que MySQL no está configurado para 
usar UTF-8 como codificación por omisión.
